WHY EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE?
Emergency First Response is one of the largest international CPR, AED and first aid training organizations. EFR courses make learning easy by providing a non-stressful environment and learning tools help students remember key procedures in an emergency. An accident can happen anytime and anywhere from burns to broken bones to even something more serious it is vital to know what steps to take. With first aid and CPR training from Emergency First Response you will gain the knowledge and skills to help someone in need.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll practice bandaging, illness and injury assessments, and other essential skills that could save the life of someone you care about. Through the combination of knowledge development and hands-on skill practice, you’ll learn how to identify and respond to life-threatening emergencies. Learn how to handle strokes, spinal injuries, administer CPR and gain other lifesaving skills.
During the secondary care part you’ll learn how to handle injuries or illnesses that aren’t life threatening. Learn how to bandage and splint injuries, burn care, bites or stings and other basic first aid skills.
Requirements
– No minimum age
– Certification upon completion takes 1-2 days
