If you want to learn to dive without committing to a certification course, this is the right programme for you. This experience is conducted over 1-2 days depending on your schedule and requires no previous experience.
What is Discover Scuba Diving?
This course is designed for those who want to test the waters before diving straight into the underwater world. Upon arrival you will have an orientation of what you’ll be doing during the day if you haven’t done the online course prior to arrival. This includes a review of the basic skills and theory by a PADI pro, and any concerns/worries that you may have on the day.
You will then move on to the confined water sections where the basic skills that were shown in the orientation will be taught to you. You will need to demonstrate these underwater under direct supervision of the PADI pro. Practicing these skills will prepare you and make you feel at ease with diving at our dive sites in the Golfo Dulce!!
Information
-Minimum on 10 years of age
-One full day for training and dives
-All equipment will be included
-Can be used towards you Open Water Certification
Before you get started you will need to fill out the DSD medical release form. If you have any doubts about the form we have one here for you to look over and check before you arrive. Any questions please let us know.
